- KHK HineNov 11, 20251.0This company is nothing but a scam! They scammed me for a clean up that they quoted and said I had to pay 4 hours of their time for a 30 minute clean up. It was over 4500.00 for them to remove a chair out of the room, but to make them selves look good they cut a 4x4 piece of carpet out also. I was in distress of my loss and they took advantage of it. He wanted me to sign the work done when the paper was blank and my daughter called him out on it and he said he wasnt taking advantage of me, which he was. Please if you are ever in a life changing issue, take the time you need, do your research and do not use this company. They even had the nerve to tell me that It wasnt my money, it was from the insurance company, still my money and still had to pay the deductible. Unfortunately we didnt take pictures, but I have the full report from the sheriff department of what it was.
