The store manager told me that my things would be delivered between 5-7pm. I told him I had a prior engagement that I had to be to at 6:30p and could they be at my house by 6pm. He told me yes. Well they didn't show up until after 6:47pm. That's when the store manager called me and asked me where was I cause the guys are at my house and no one is home. Then said well they'll be out tomorrow same time. I sat here and waited for them until 6:55pm. I called the store and the guy there said he didn't have anyone to deliver my things and that they would be out the next day. Are you kidding me?? They act like someone has time to sit and wait around for them to deliver crap. Terrible service and all they do is LIE!!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaronâs move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaronâs we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
