- LLLin LongstrethDec 29, 20201.0Said would come one week and did not. Said would come the next week and did not. Called him twice and each time John did not remember who I was or where I lived. Finally showed up and drove on patio within 4 feet of facing back door. Wanted to burn branches in our field rather than chip and take away. Previously John drove all over lawn (not near tree work to be done), ran into and pulled down dog run tie out, over septic tank where I told him not to drive. Not a respecter of others property. Based on previous experience with this company (John not the guys, they did good work) not sure why I called him again but have learned.

Horizon then went two feet on my property and cut down a bunch of limbs on my trees without asking me. It totally looks so bad now. I let alot of people know not to use this business.

They protected our driveway, brought in a crane, took out the trees quickly, cleaned up completely, and did some extra trimming they saw was needed around the garage. Then they charged a little less than their original estimate! Not just satisfied, but we're also amazed.
