I would just like to thank you all for having such an experienced GEM of a lady on your team. Linda in the paint Department THIS SHOUT OUT IS SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! My daughter and I came in for paints because we are working on mural for a garage door. Linda took over a half an hour with us going over the types of paint techniques sold us everything we needed from the brushes to the finishes, explaining how each one was to be implemented for the best results. You have a beautiful CCS alumni there and they made my daughter so happy as she is going to be attending there next year. Keep these wonderful people with so much wisdom on your team.

We purchased Pella doors almost a year ago! Store ordered wrong color numerous times. New door came correct color , it had 2 scratches! Installer who is third-party said he could order a new slider. Two times now the slider has been ordered the wrong color today finally, October 15. They are going to order a new one. Meanwhile, the credit card company wants us to make payments on a the door That’s almost going to be close to a year incorrect. Numerous calls to the store, emails, corporate, supervisors, we have no answer still. Recently got a call from a lady who helps with issues and said she would call us in 48 hours. That was a week and a half ago. Every single person that promises to do something doesn’t moral of the story. Don’t use Lowes for doors.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
