    I lost my receipt so I was not able to complete the survey. Although, Natalie was super helpful and polite when I visited the store! Will definitely visit this location again!

    I love the assistance I received from this store recently 2/17/2026. I was looking for dewalt products and they were all locked up. Andy was quick to assist AND found me a better deal! The products were a tad heavy but he carried them for me to check out with zero hesitation. we got assistance from Sandy in the check out area too. I love that she is quick to help , but she also stands back respectfully when I tell her I was fine without the assist. When I was on my way out she reminded me a out the security sensor and disarmed them for me which is gold for someone who hates loud alarms... Very happy to be serviced by them!

    Spent thousands of dollars before applying for a personal credit card through Lowes. I have ordered blinds from here and had paid them to come out and measure personally. So I didn't make a mistake. So their was a mistake and they had to re order my blinds at my cost. 2 bedrooms the original standard returns would of worked. The other bedroom mount was a outside verses a inside mount.This was all fine. They said with being the holidays it would be after that. I said thats perfect. We would not be back until middle of January. The afternoon manager Kruse is NOT pleasant to work with. He can't manage one person let alone a crew of people. I walked in about 6:50. Kruse seen me and even addressed me. We waited in the blind /flooring department for well over 30 min. The store was empty. Kruse was paged overhead and through walkie talkies. Mind you while you are talking to Kruse to pull up your quote of thier mistake he is squeezing a stress ball and as if that stress ball is going to explode during that. While Kruse didn't say that much. He had a major additude. Therfore, it makes your customers feel very uncomfortable. I wanted to address this situation and go to corporate the first time. I called the day manager named Tammy. Multiple occasions left early during the holidays, left messages for her to call me back to address the situation. Never heard from Tammy either. So you have two incompetent people that I would never in my life let them control my business. I had young hard working above and beyond 16 year olds that knew better to treat any customer the way we were treated so poorly. You had a cash paying customer in the beginning and go to a person with a credit card with lowes with a decent high credit balance to start and all of the credit is available. Then today I went to pay for the quote that they originally messed up in the first place & was expired on January 19th So now I am actually paying $200 more for everything getting 0% off and paying full retail and not offering us the same discount that we had originally purchased . However, Chris was in blinds and was professional and sweet, humble and helped as much as could. I do not leave negative reviews because of what it does to the damage of the business. If you watch the tape you can see how long we waited. Finally, Chris started to help us and obviously couldn't do anything without afternoon superviser Kruse. He was paged by walkie talkie, our first initial encounter. Overhead to flooring. Still no Kruse till about 45 min later. Also, he told me that he sees 3000 customers a day why would he remember me? 🤣 Well I can tell you as a business owner myself I would definitely remember a customer / not happy & a couple walking out not happy the first time. I deal with people all day. He said 3000 plus customers a day 🤣. I would remember this customer like no other. I mentioned to him that you could have another sale. I have the entire front of my house to do which just got NEW windows and needs to have a measure come out. Kruse then said he is not paying for someone to come out a third time. To be honest Kruse could careless if I spent a million. Sad but true. I have pics of everything, phone calls ext. Unfortunately, I would like to escalate this to corporate. Corporate needs to know what's going on. I owned a business in Chesterfield for well over 20 years. Still own a business up the street on gratiot in lenox, Mi for 30 years.. I explained to manager Kruse and the young gentleman chris. Its hard for us to get here. He told me we'll I am at work now..I was like well i was at work all day from 6:00 am to 630 pm .What does that have to do with anything. I am here shopping. YOU SHOULD DO YOUR JOB!! BE kind and q rewind Shipping is Something that should make you happy. Not nervous and get a migraine and throw up . First and foremost all of your customers should be treating people with respect. I am done!! I would like to escalate this further up Please. Thank you, sorry 😢 Tara Michaels

    Had a room of carpet put in 8 yrs ago. It didn’t last long. So many ripples in it. I will never never buy carpet from Lowe’s again. You can also see the seam where they spliced it together.
