    Bad return policy. If you have a receipt for an unopened regular stock item and bring it back on day 91, you are totally out of luck. No store credit even. Yes, I should have looked at the receipt more carefully so it is my fault but I’ll go to elsewhere so if I make a mistake but have proof of my purchase, I can at least receive store credit.

    I had an absolutely horrendous experience making a return. While coming to a resolution, Kathy in customer service was mocking and making any comments to me and my family while we were trying to speak with the manger. I wouldn’t ever recommend going to this Lowe’s in general based on my experience, but I was appalled at her attitude and lack of professionalism. It’s a bold attitude to take when online shopping and so many competing stores exist these days. Kathy definitely shouldn’t be in a customer facing position if she cannot remain professional while being paid to represent her company. I will drive less than a mile down the road to go to Home Depot instead.

    Purchased a refrigerator. On day 29 it was making a horrendous noise so terrible and loud I had to unplug it. Lowe's wouldn't do ANYTHING about it. The "Appliance Manager, Josh" told us basically too bad. "You had 24 hours to return it". We didn't say we wanted to return it, but his "speech" was all we could get out of him. After 3 days with 7 hours worth of phone, calls we got someone out to fix it. Even though we have an extended warranty we were told we'd have to pay for the appointment - so far we haven't had to. Between Lowe's in Chesterfield Township, their Customer Care, Whirlpool, Lowes Service Advantage plan, and everyone else we just kept getting thrown back to, it's not worth the hassle. We finally got 2 people who cared enough to help us out. Unfortunately I don't have the super sweet caring lady's name. I'm so sorry we misplaced it because I'd give her a raise! We also got ahold of John from LSAP who finally got the ball rolling for us. Odd that you can get no contact information to escalate an issue above a Lowe's store manager anymore. You're basically out of luck.
