- PBPaula BockenstedtDec 3, 20255.0I have had Brian's service the past year for snow removal from my concrete drive. My property is hilly with a circular drive comprised of concrete leading to the house and gravel in a lower portion. The house front has ornamental shrubs and gardens. This year the weather turned very quickly and we had 6 inches of snow on Thanksgiving weekend. Brian's service immediately responded and plowed my drive and shovelled my front walk area. Unfortunately the person plowing my drive did not realize that we don't plow the gravel drive and his work resulted in a fair amount of surface damage. I was able to contact Devon Bender, the owner, via email and he was extremely apologetic for the error this year. He has made plans to restore the gravel drive next spring and do any patch work possible if there is a sufficient thaw. I was impressed with his professionalism in dealing with this error resulting in damage. His plowing service is otherwise extremely careful not to damage surrounding gardenscapes and is performed in a very timely.

They completely disregarded that and destroyed our gravel driveway that we just had redone, pushing all of the gravel onto our lawn leaving exposed dirt that will soon turn into mud and ice. They aren't picking up their office line or returning our messages to come fix the damage, leaving my elderly parents stuck in a snow storm having to try to clean up the damage before things freeze over. Completely unacceptable level of service or attention to detail. I sincerely hope we here back from them ASAP.

Brian's did an on-site inspection, quoted a very fair / reasonable price to remove the materials and restore the lake front. Their work crew was very skilled and professional and took great care to avoid any propery damage, even raking out any tracks made by their equipment and reseeding the lawn area. You can see by the before and after pictures below that they really know what they are doing and provide exceptional services at a reasonable price. They also respond very quickly to requests for quotes / etc. I highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping / other of the extensive services they provide, you will not be disappointed.
