Ive made over $1000 in payments and I was finally able to log into my online account to see how much i owed and found out I was paying towards interest. I called the store and they tell me to call Synchrony bank, I called them and they tell me to call the store -.- finally someone told me that I was only given a 60 day 0 interest because I used a pro credit card and not a consumers. They did not tell me that when I made the purchase, I was told 36 months. I will not be doing business here again, and I will make sure everyone here's about this.

It was an hour before closing time so I handpick 35 bags with the intention of loading it myself to not burden the employees when I tried to check out of the garden center the guy in the shack informed me that the gate was closed and I would have to walk to the other side of the building to check out. I understand there’s a policy, but I’m the only person in the area. It definitely would’ve been nice if they could’ve just opened the gate for me so I can walk my materials out to my vehicle instead of having to walk across the store with 35 bags of mulch luckily an employee caught me halfway through and offered to help me with everything all I’m saying is it would’ve been nice if they prioritized my big order and open the gate for five seconds for me

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
