  This JOKE of a furniture store has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a delivery of dining room table and chairs that had to be stored before putting them in the house. The house was under renovation We stored it in the garage still covered in boxed on December 31. We opened it today to put it together-it’s damaged and unrepairable. When calling I was told they have a seven day policy and that’s too bad. We aren’t doing anything for you. So be warned people this furniture store is a joke and I will never ever buy another piece of furniture from them; and be warned you shouldn’t either!

  I have never had a salesperson with an outstanding personality she left no stones under turned . She explained everything so well. Detailed after detail she can be my sales representative forever. I never felt so at home in a furniture store with the company that she presented Thank you

  Our salesperson was great but after we made the purchase the process became very bottlenecked... there wasn't anybody available to wrap up put our product in our vehicle and she attempted to get it to our vehicle herself, ( I didn't allow this and opted to put it in myself but I appreciate her willingness )... we did notice that there were about 15 sales people on the floor many crowding the front all waiting for their opportunities to pounce on potential customers.. it seems the workflow at this particular store could use some attention Too many salespeople not enough people working in stock and delivery . additionally: not enough working computers , was unable to check out for a while because of this.

  Well I’m still waiting for my mattress that I already purchased last week soooo that’s cool. Also they tried up selling me and my wife even tho we gave the salt and pepper bearded fellow a price range we wanted to be around! We ended up finding the mattress by ourselves so really no help from the store at all! And again bought the mattress last week still don’t have it!

  am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gardner White. I purchased two sofas for $1500 each, along with a protection plan, and within just a few months both sofas started sagging badly and making loud noises when sitting. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not normal wear and tear. I have contacted the store multiple times over several months, and they keep delaying without providing any real solution. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Also, two buttons on the second couch fell off just one month after purchase. I contacted the store immediately and was told they would fix it, but now it’s been over a year and nothing has been repaired. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company.
