  Every time this company sends someone to my residence, they have no notes on my issue or record of past visits from this company. This is the fourth time this company said they were sending someone to spray my residence only for the people who showed up, to have nothing but glue traps in their hands. Yesterday, while being serviced by this company, one of their female technicians asked me to explain my pest problem so I tried. Before I could get a complete sentence out, she cut me off and told me my issue seems to be with a with my leasing office stating, “I’m not maintenance. I’m pest control. Contact your leasing office.” I heeded what she said and added that since she was cutting me off anyway, we cannot have a productive conversation that will actually help my issue. She asked again a few moments later and again she cut me off less than a sentence in. So I told her again, “we’re unable to have a productive conversation because you keep cutting me off so I’m going to do like you suggested and contact my leasing office. I would prefer you two (there was another tech with her who was doing the work) just do what you came to do and I’ll talk to my leasing office.” She appeared to be offended by me saying that. Once again she asked what my issue was. I told her a third time there’s no point in having this conversation because she keeps cutting me off. Eventually she cuts me off again, saying “ok so we don’t listen. Nobody listens. Got it.” and leaves the room. As I come out from the room saying “ain’t nobody said that” she sprints out of my unit as if I was chasing her. She didn’t even put traps down in the bathroom like she said she was coming to the back room to do. She then went back to my leasing office telling them that I was the aggressor when the whole time I kept at least 6 feet distance from her each time. She then stated I was “lounging in my underwear” when in fact I was wearing what I wore to the gym that day (as seen by my leasing office) and a fleece that covered my behind. When Premier Pest knocked on my door later than expected, I did not expect to be antagonized in my own home. This lady wanted an altercation and I didn’t give it to her. All I wanted was my pest issue to be taken seriously. Please ask the gentleman that was with her for his interpretation of this altercation because the only aggressive person was this woman with the cat eye shaped glasses.

  The owner said it comes with a guarrantee, took our money, and yet mice reappear!! He now say there is no such guarrantee, then say he claims he will give us one for a new sum of money, then they say that actually lasted only for 6 months... then fill up the holes with a foam that a baby could push through! Terrible Service!! Get a written guarrantee before you do anything with them! They don't even know where they put the traps they set. They send a new guy every time they come out and ask where are the traps? Really? I think they should know.
