He actually pulled pieces from another area of the store so I could see them together. He got a wheelchair and brought my husband in from the car so he could get the feel of the new furniture . When our order arrived the delivery people let us try a few different layouts before deciding on the perfect spot for everything. After a week of enjoying our new furniture we realized my husband would require a lift chair. I went back to the store and once again received excellent service. Now we are anxiously awaiting our new chair. So far I have only good things to say about my experience.

Answered all of my questions and gave me insight as to the chairs that would be helpful due to my back problem and the fabric for durability. Her customer service was over and beyond what I expected and I would recommend that store and Khuloud 100%. Now I can’t wait for my custom chairs to arrive 😊 thank you all for an amazing experience!

La-Z-Boy was highly recommended as a place to visit, and I did. I was greeted by staff who were friendly and attentive. I never felt pressured or anxious. I informed, Michael, my primary salesman of my needs and desire for a recliner, including my financial constraints. He was able to provide me with quality choices and many options available in each recliner of my interest. Eventually I was able to choose and purchase a one that is "my own." My initial fear of the "daunting task " of buying furniture was made easier by the educated and helpful staff at La-Z-Boy. Finally, I was impressed by the men who delivered the recliner to my apartment. They assembled, reviewed the operation of the recliner and provided contact information if any concerns arose. The only clue that delivery men were at my apartment was "my own" recliner is in it.
