She said they didn’t have what I was looking for and when I did find it (they had one option that was hidden in the back) I said happily that they had it. She rolled her eyes and shook her head and acted like I was an idiot and argued with me about the technical name for a certain kind of fabric. I hate that we have no other options for fabric in this town.

- ADAshley DOct 31, 20252.0Service attitude is inconsistent. I had a very nice young man help me earlier this week with getting fabric, super polite and was a pleasure to speak to. Got fabric serviced by another lady this week who seemed reluctant in helping me or speaking to me while aggressively over talking me in a hush-way when I inquired measurements and advice on clothes I was making. Also saw her being rude to customers who were returning fabric. I was at the checkout line, she side eyed me, passed me about 5 feet then yelled “you’re welcome,” even though there wasn’t an instance of engagement I had towards her. Didn’t realize it was towards me until I noticed no one else behind me seemed engaged towards the comment. As someone who used to buy fabric from Joann, I do miss that hospitality we would receive, so it was a bummer to be serviced that way. If the young man who helped me hadn’t serviced me this week my review would be much lower. Pretty sure another low review left here was describing the same woman that serviced me, as she was older.
