  Saf was amazing at helping my husband and I oick out our new mattress. Not only was he patient with us making our decisions while having 3 kids and 2 that are wild with us. We are grateful and impressed with his professionalism and showing us our options that fit our comfort and budget. Not only did we leave with purchasing a King mattress, mattress protector, a full mattress, and a bunk bed for our children. Thank you Saf!!

  Came in today to buy a new mattress and was very impressed working with James to get exactly what I needed. He was thorough, listened to my input, and gave me the best expertise for the situation. Super cool dude and easy to work with, would highly recommend asking for him as soon as you get in to the store.

  The salespeople are not very bright. They tell you a price with incentives then when they cash you out all the incentives are gone but when you try to explain it to them they can't comprehend elementary level math. I don't mind paying full price for things - just be aware there are no sales or discounts at this store. The price you pay at the register is full price. Ignore all discounts they claim. It's fraudulent but hey we are consumers - not much we can do. The GW in Sterling Heights is better. They actually provide discounts but in general don't shop at GW. Other furniture places are far more competitive and offer true incentives.

  Horrible customer service! The guys who delivered the sectional did not know how to put it together so they told me it didn’t actually connect and it will be fine as long as I leave it in the corner. After a few calls to customer service they sent new drivers out to connect the sectional but it is still uneven in the corner and is actually a shame because it is a very nice sectional if it was put together properly it would be very comfortable. On top of that when they brought it in the house they shoved it through an opening in the wall and damaged the entire bottom of the sectional and ottoman. So now the staples that was holding the bottom cover on are loose and scratches your hand if you have to reach under the couch for any reason. That’s fun with a toddler in the house 😩 I’ve tried to call back but every time they say they will have a manager call me back. I’m still waiting and the delivery was in January 31. I wish I was able to enjoy the furniture I paid almost $4000 for and get some proper service for the mistakes their delivery drivers made to ruin my sectional and ottoman. Would never recommend Gardner White! This whole experience has been an expensive nightmare!

  Earlier in the week, I went to browse for a sectional or sofa. I was greeted by Clint and introduced to Myra who show me various items. Both were very nice and professional, but "connected" with Myra best. She was warm and friendly. I returned during the weekend with my sister, looked at some more items. I returned to that specific store to give Myra my business. She was so patient! I bought a sectional! Great customer service!
