    To Whom It May Concern: Winston took the time and had patience to assist me with furniture choice. He met us and we went to the clearance center. My daughter and grandson came with me. Winston thought we were buying just one room but I decided to buy 2 rooms of new furniture. Gardner White has a great associate by the name of Winston at their Canton Michigan Store. We also bought a great wall clock too. Respectfully yours, Ms. Barb Baker

    I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this store. The staff was completely unhelpful from the moment I walked in. I was told a specific sales person would assist me, but they didn’t show up for a long time. Meanwhile, every other employee just stood around and refused to help because “it’s not their customer.” It’s ridiculous to make customers wait endlessly while multiple staff members ignore you. The whole setup feels disorganized and unprofessionaly

    Extraordinary poor customer service. We purchased two power recliners from the Canton MI location. Delivery was prompt but one of the chairs was missing the power cord. The driver had an extra but it was the wrong size. I asked when they would fix the problem. Only answer was they were on it and it wouldn’t be long. I responded to their follow up survey and asked for a call from Customer Service - never happened. Two days later we went into the store and talked to customer service- told it would be next day. No one showed so we called again, told order not entered properly. But done now and the would be here tomorrow. Delivery guys just left, they didn’t bring a cord, thought they were here to only plug in the chair - seriously. Now customer service says it will be 3 more days, due to the holiday. Oh, no refund of “white glove service charge” since they’re going to eventually do the job (maybe).UPDATE- 12/31. Issue has been resolved. Thanks to those who made this right.

    👎👎 Deceit, “Storm pillows” were a big disappointment at $199 each, purchased with “ top of the line”mattress. It only took 2 days of Severe headaches to discover pillows were crap! What they fail to mention is that “bedding items” not included in 7 day return/exchange. Sales person should have reiterated this prior to purchase!!! It’s All about commission here. Customer Service including management did Absolutely Nothing!!! We were willing to eat 25% restock fee after only 2 days, if they offered any customer satisfaction👎👎👎 Btw I have reached out as per reply to review, Surprisingly enough no response👎👎👎

    We purchased 2 sectionals and got a great deal from James and Winston. The only negative feedback I have is when one of the sectionals was delivered, there was a dent and a rip we did not see until after. I called Winston and he said to send him photos and he would take care of it. I did not hear from him as it was near Thanksgiving weekend, so I waited until after to reach out and he never answered my texts or calls. Gardner white has a 48 hour window policy where you can report the damage and they will repair or exchange. Luckily, I reached out to customer service myself and was able to schedule the exchange before the 48 hours. I am disappointed that had I would have waited for a return call from Winston, we would have been stuck with damaged furniture. It seems as soon as they receive their commission, you are on your own. Other than that, furniture was great, delivery service was excellent and the call center was prompt.
