- RJRichard Hoff JrNov 5, 20241.0Given the wrong information leaving my family without heat all weekend. Customer service then put me on hold over an hour total in time. Hung up or dropped the call. Proceeded to then tell me that they were on lunch in the department I needed to talk to and couldn’t give me any information. One rep trying to help was also on hold with this department and said “this is crazy” about her own company. Very short answers from supervisor who when picked up the phone seemed to not know why I was calling. It was all in the notes she was reviewing my account. Very unprofessional tone and language. I wish I could use a different company.
