  Chance was very professional and knowledgeable with the whole process. We have used Amistee in the past for dryer vent cleaning and were happy, so we decided to use them for whole house vent cleaning and will definitely use them again.

  Can't say enough about Amistee, and in particular, our tech Robert that came out. We contacted with them to clean the ducts in our new (old) house. They came across some suspicious insulation that they thought may contain some asbestos. They stopped work and informed us. Although they had been there few hours setting up and getting started, they did not charge us. Robert provided us with options moving forward, to make sure we were being safe, and assured us we would not be charged again, or any extra when they came back to finish. Turns out we did not have asbestos, they came back out and finished the job. I recommend them wholeheartedly, and would use them again without hesitation. Robert was fabulous, and I hope he is appreciated!

  Brandon did a great job we really needed this done. We were doing some sanding on concrete before we could paint the basement floor and we had a bunch of dog hair and we had it done eight years ago with good results. We just knew it was time for another round.

  Replaced the outdoor dryer vent birdcage and flap and cleaned the vent. Great communication though each step of the process. They were able to work with my schedule. The workers were very polite and funny 😁. Price was very reasonable. Everything was cleaned beautifully. Would definitely recommend.

  Wonderful experience and I so appreciate the efficiency of my vents now! Nick Congdon and his partner (so sorry I've forgotten his name) were both so friendly and knowledgeable. Even went in the crawlspace and discovered it was not properly sealed where the bottom of the furnace is (I saw the photos!). Nick did such a thorough job sealing it up. This was a service they offered that was paid for by Consumers Energy for residents in our senior community. They worked long and hard but show such enjoyment from doing a good job. I love my warmer home and look forward to seeing lower energy bills! Thank you.😃
