  scheduled appointment for window cleaning upon multiple calls from the owner and offered a discount to get the business. The window cleaning person shows up, in bad mood right from the minute he steps on the property, rushing me saying that he needs to get to his next big job, wants to come into the house even though I asked of outside cleaning only. Asked me to unlock the screens when I unlocked he kept on complaining that he has to get his ladder to get the screens out and asked me to get the screens. After me unlocking all the windows I saw him doing something with his equipment. I was waiting for him to get started. Half hour later I don't find him on the property. When I call the main office, they were surprised and said they need to find out. 45 minutes later I get a call back saying that he got some personal emergency that he need to go to, they cant reschedule without the owner and they don't have alternative resource to send, no resolution to the screens that were unlocked and brought down, totally irresponsible answer.

  We have used Kerner's Window Cleaning for 3 years now and have to say that the results are excellent. Rob and Dan were very professional, on time and had the job done timely. We are a two story business and they did both levels of windows with ease. We highly recommend them for any business or residential window cleaning job you may have. Thank you for your services.

  Rob did a fantastic job for. He was polite, professional and our windows look great! This is the second year we've used Kerner's and I will definitely use them again.
