- SHSean Huie6 days ago1.0I regret to record a most disagreeable encounter during my recent visit to this establishment. I was attended by a lady named Tracie, whose manner toward me was marked by visible irritation and impatience. Having unfortunately mislaid my identification, I was subjected to undue difficulty and discourtesy on that account. Upon taking my leave, I was further dismayed to observe this same attendant directing most improper and mocking expressions toward my mother. Such conduct is wholly unbecoming and reflects poorly upon the standards of the establishment. I would strongly urge that a supervising authority provide this individual with proper instruction in civility and decorum. Indeed, were such behaviour directed toward others, it might well provoke a far more heated response. I found the entire episode deeply inappropriate, and I could not help but perceive an undertone of prejudice in the treatment we received. Consequently, I shall not patronise this shop again, and shall instead favour Ace Hardware, where I trust a more respectable standard of service prevails.

Marcel figured out the math helped us carry it and checked us out in the department. He was very nice and patient. I made sure to tell his boss. It was a very pleasant experience. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
