    Asked where the CPVC fittings were since I couldn’t find them, was told the do not carry them anymore. Pex is what they push so the can upsell you all the crap. With a Menards next door and a Home Depot down the road, I really hope this store becomes a parking lot. Do they know their area?

    We purchased two doors from this store. One arrived on time, one was not delivered due to damage. For over a month my husband and I made numerous calls and visits to this store to get correct information about when we could expect our door . We were given false delivery dates, told replacement was ordered when it wasn’t and passed around to various store employees. We were told numerous times we would get a call back when the return calls never came. Before we learned most of the information/dates we were being given were false we set up trades and lost money due to having to cancel/change orders. We then felt we couldn’t schedule trades until we got the door. We received the door in January, we ordered it in November. During this issue we reached out to corporate. I’ve included their last letter to us. If using this store I wish you luck. If things go wrong don’t expect accurate quick responses, do not schedule trades until you get the items( we are now waiting for our trades due to month wait for services- originally ordered doors with 2 week buffer and it wasn’t long enough to solve problem and it cost us money) and if you think Lowe’s cares they really don’t. Since this happened we have spent close to $20,000 elsewhere that we had planned on spending at Lowe’s and have had zero issues from Lowe’s competitors. Update- I called the number in the owners response. The person had no clue what to do. He was very confused why I called that number. I read the owners message/ response to explain why I called that number. He said ahhh hold on the put me in an automated system that hung up on me. If you read the reviews following me you will find customers with similar accounts. The responses from the store are pretty stock responses. The number they give is useless And in terms of improving their commitment to customers that isn’t happening. I was brand loyal to Lowe’s and I get why you may want to shop there. I am just saying if you are ordering anything and not just purchasing something off the shelves beware.

    I purchased a $1300 stove & payed for delivery & installation but not removal because I was keeping my old stove also about $1200. I had my parents at my house for delivery because i was at work & the delivery guy told them they wouldn't install it & had to took the old stove. Even after my parents told them no.
