    Nice store, so many Choices, great prices, I spent 2hrs there, time went by very fast, I love the rugs, kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories, and the throw pillows.

    This store in Farmington Hills on telegraph has the worse customer service. They never answer the phone NEVER‼️. I have called them for a week straight and could not get anyone to pick up the phone it's simply ridiculous. The cashier miscounted and overcharged me for a couple items. I've been shopping at this location more since the freeway headed to the Troy location is under construction. I shop at this store quite often and know they aren't super busy I don't understand why they refuse to answer the phone. The Troy Michigan is the best location for customer service every time I have called them they always answer their phone in are always very helpful versus the Bloomfield Hills location.
