  I’ve always loved RH—every piece I’ve purchased has been stunning and well made - I recently had an issue with a purchase I made and certain sale associates were unresponsive - finally I was referred to Brittney L in client services - she was extremely professionally - Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Brittney is a true asset to RH and the kind of person who builds lasting customer loyalty. Thank you Brittney !

  Nadine was an amazing bartender and knows how to make one heck of a pear martini. Sea food tower was off its chops 10/10!!!

  Pros: Beautiful esthetics, easy access from basement valet parking, meal pricing feasible. My overall rating is 3.9. Cons: 25 minute wait time between appetizers being serced to us and our main entree order being brought to the table. Waitstaff was polite and informative about menu selection and suggestions but not as attentive as one has come to expect of fine-dining restaurants. Portion size could have been slightly larger. No signage outside for valet parking for the restaurant... but if I had to guest that's Birmingham city not the restaurants. City is wanting to capture parking lot fees.

  In December 2025, I purchased the Madero Wood & Fabric bed in black oak. RH 'white glove' delivery service was spectacular. Unfortunately, we discovered a manufacturer defect with the side-rails sometime after the delivery. RH acknowledged the defect and started the replacement process. The bed I originally ordered was no longer avaible eliminating the possibility of a 'simple' exchange. This is where Brittney engages to expedite the process and simplify the entire exercise. Brittney shared a series of curated alternatives similar in style and finish of my original order. Brittney also, walked me through the options of custom ordering versus in-stock avaibliity. In the end, my replacement will provide complete satisfaction. I am uncertain if this level of hand-holding, customer-coddling customer service is standard across all RH's; but if you are looking for stylish furniture, knowledgable representatives, and a customer-first-focus retailer; RH Detriot does not disappoint. Ask for Brittney, she will get you all the way together. Thank you Brittney!!!!

  This is my third visit to this restaurant, but my first time having brunch here. The experience was incredibly disappointing and made me reconsider having my birthday dinner here on the 18th. From the moment I arrived, I was not impressed. The host was unfriendly and unapproachable. She didn’t smile once and seemed bothered by everything. When I asked if she could take my coat, she replied, “I’ll do it once you’re seated.” I had on a long coat, and sitting down on their low couch while waiting would mean my coat would be hanging on the floor. It was a minor inconvenience, but it was something I noticed. Once we were shown to our table, she walked away. I had to call her and ask for her to take my coat again, and she turned around with a nasty look and said, “Oh, I’ll take those.” The food was lukewarm, which was confusing because the restaurant wasn’t even at its capacity. I truffle fries to start followed by, the steak and eggs and the Swedish pancakes with strawberries and cream. Fries were room temperature, my pancakes were a bit burned, but they were still flavorful. My scrambled eggs were undercooked and cold, and my steak was cooked properly, which was the only thing I ate from my plate. My friend ordered the French rotisserie chicken, but she thought it was lukewarm and flavorless. She just boxed it up and took it home. Our server was okay. Despite all my disappointments, I never complained or took any items back. I tipped my server 20% and considered the brunch a loss. If I’m going to pay $246 for brunch, my expectations are pretty high. I’ve had better food at Leo’s Coney Island that came out steaming hot. In my opinion, this is a beautiful restaurant with mediocre food. I’m not impressed. It’s just another Birmingham restaurant where people will go to take photos and maybe come back once or twice afterward to be seen. Your host is the first impression of the restaurant. They are the fragrance when you first step in ,so please teach them/her some etiquette.
