She took the time to search the store using her handheld computer for the nylon sewing cord I needed. While she was unable to locate the item in question, she saved me a bunch of time. And while I quickly went to the bathroom, she watched after my Dad until I returned. I didn't even have to ask. I think my Dad just thought she was cute. Anyway...great experience! Thanks, Lowe's... and thank you, Stacy! Stay cool.

They lady told me I had to come back it didn't start until 10... Really.. I was litterally the only customer in Lowe's... I buy all my project supplies at Lowes... Very disappointed do better next time Lowe's, not okay.
