    Purchased a gas range. The scheduled delivery was changed twice. We rearranged our whole day, never received the range. Lowe’s wanted to reschedule two days out. I cancelled the order and was told I’d receive a refund in 3-10 days! Unacceptable business practice.

    Abundant parking. 20% busy. Staff was very helpful, especially the lovely and beautiful Stacy near the entrance. She took the time to search the store using her handheld computer for the nylon sewing cord I needed. While she was unable to locate the item in question, she saved me a bunch of time. And while I quickly went to the bathroom, she watched after my Dad until I returned. I didn't even have to ask. I think my Dad just thought she was cute. Anyway...great experience! Thanks, Lowe's... and thank you, Stacy! Stay cool.

    Stopped on Valentines day, after I had went to Ebles in Reed City and then Meijer I stopped 8:30 ish, got what I needed and went to get my wooden roses... They lady told me I had to come back it didn't start until 10... Really.. I was litterally the only customer in Lowe's... I buy all my project supplies at Lowes... Very disappointed do better next time Lowe's, not okay.

    DO NOT ENTER this Lowe's parking lot if you are concerned about your safety and privacy regarding Flock cameras. There are two Flock cameras operating at both entrances of the parking lot. Spread the word!

    Ordered Carpet from Lowes had to wait 3 weeks for install the day before my install i received a call we need to push it back 2 more weeks lowes pretty much said Im SOL I would cancel my order but that would require a huge restocking fee Lowes will never get anymore of my business DONT HAVE LOWES DO YOUR INSTALLS Also dont call the number that they send you if you leave a bad review you will get a machine nothing says we are here for you like talking to a machine
