We had a snowblower delivered that didn't work, was a floor model, and didn't include a manual- none of that was told to us when purchased or delivered. Spoke to FOUR different managers at the store and they all said it couldn't be returned because it was outside of the 48 hour period. (My mom passed the day it was delivered and using the snowblower was the last thing on our mind) It turns out, the return policy is actually 30 days. All of the managers lied to us, refused our phone calls, and wouldn't return our messages. Not even a gift card for our troubles- again, we should be planning a funeral and NOT be at the store trying to get answers from someone that is going to lie to our face about a $1300 piece of equipment that doesn't work. Will probably contact the BBB because the managers refuse to do their job, or to even learn their store policies. And calling corporate is no help.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
