I needed help in the plumbing department to replace a piece on my hot water heater. 1st person I asked just said he didn't work in the department and walked off. Found another employee to get us help only to deal with more rudeness. You could tell right away we were inconveniencing her by even asking a question and when I showed her the photo of what we were needing her response was just replace it with the same stuff smh. I then explained that they don't make that stuff as she called it anymore it was discontinued in the 90s that's why we are upgrading she was like oh just use schedule 40. Again wrong because it's for hot water which I told her and she said oh no you can't use it. I said correct. She then just stared me down like what else do you want when she had yet to answer what I needed. So we left even more frustrated now not knowing what I need or even who to ask.

Tried to do an online order. Was overcharged by 4x locking me out of my credit card. Customer service acknowledged that this happens sometimes but otherwise was completely unhelpful. 12 different charges of varying amounts were put on my card. Even though I called 10 minutes after the order, only part of it was able to be cancelled. They then added shipping charges for the remaining items two days later as icing on the cake. Absolutely ridiculous.
