    Stopped in to get cabinets today and wanted a cabinet off top shelf. We needed someone to bring a forklift out to grab it. A guy named Matt came out and kept making off handed comments about doing it. He also mentioned he had to go look for barriers to block off the aisle ways. That took him 25 mins to find. Stood in the store and waited 50 mins just for him to get down 1 cabinet

    If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have a 5 year Lowes protection plan that I'm trying to utilize for fridge repair without success. The protection plan does not have live people you can speak with, only a website with a chat function. I have a claim with an assigned technician out of Kalamazoo who has canceled/rescheduled three times now. I have called to speak to someone at this store 5 times this morning. The first time they put me on an eternal hold. I called back and asked for a manager, was transferred, and hung up on twice. The fourth time I called it rang and rang and the line went dead. The fifth time I was told the manager was busy and it would be over an hour wait time to get help. I asked for the district manager information and was told "I'm just a cashier answering the phone, I don't know who that is. I wouldn't know where to find that"... I called Lowes customer service and they said they don't have manager info, I have to call the local store to find out. I called Lowes corporate twice, was connected to someone in India both times, and both of those people hung up on me. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN FROM LOWES!! It's a total scam. I will not be purchasing ANYTHING from this Lowes in the future.

    From the store manager to the customer service desk…Terrible customer service! Do not buy an extended protection plan because it all goes through a third-party and then your local store wants nothing to do with it. Hung up on multiple times this morning. My daughter is not only a first responder, but has a five month old at home and a broken refrigerator for over a week now. Finally received an appointment today only for them to cancel because the technician “wasn’t feeling well” Yeah, I bet

    I usually don’t bother leaving reviews, but I hope the right person sees this. The customer service here is honestly mind boggling. Lowe’s is supposed to be a place where customers can easily get help, yet the employees act like you’re an inconvenience for asking questions. And it’s not just one person everyone seems to have the same attitude. This has to be one of the easiest jobs in the world because most of them just walk around, and when you do ask for help, the response is always, “I don’t work in this department” or “I don’t know.” Lowe’s really needs to do a better job training its employees at this location.
