I brought in jumbled notes about what I wanted to make, and she spent a ton of time and effort deciphering them and then figuring out the best way to save me money! All while being super patient and nice with my very active kids whom I’d brought with me. She deserves a promotion and a raise!

I get there and let Jason, the manager, know about it and he acted like this is normal occurrence, it wasn't a big deal at all. I was not offered even the slightest apology at all. When I asked for assistance in store, I waited for several minutes for someone to meet me, I went back and told the manager I didnt see them and he laughed and my face and said he'll be right there. I will not be returning to this store. Get better management. Can't even apologize for your employee's laziness or mistakes.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
