    My sister Anita and I went mattress shopping today. We were greeted by Sales Associate Abe. We stated what we wanted and immediately escorted to exactly where we needed to be. Abe was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful with our final decision. He was friendly, and personable, with our needs in a mattress. We each purchased, based on his recommendations a new mattress. He explained everything that would happen with delivery and how we would be notified. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you

    After much consideration and many stores visited my family and I chose to buy our whole beds here.The assistance and guidance was just on point. The process was easy, except for the decision because I liked many matresses that fit my budget. The offer free interest finance which I used and now will pay it comfortably over 21 months. Very glad I went to Garder White. The one by Great Lakes is huge and so is their clearance section, highly recommended.

    I had ordered a bar stool online and after finding out that it would take 3 to 5 weeks to come in, I canceled the order. So I decided to come into the store and see if I could find what I was looking for. The salesperson greeted me at the door and asked if he could help me look for anything in particular, and I told him what I was looking for and he guided me in that direction. After walking around for a few I found a bar stool to my liking, and I also found a plant that I loved. The salesperson was very kind helpful and had a pleasant personality. I end up purchasing both items and I would like to thank him, I believe his name was David.

    In my opinion, this was awful service. First, I purchased a warranty for an item about 4 years ago. Cost was about $319. Under their terms, if you did not use the warranty, it was refunded. I located my paperwork and visited the story - asked why I had not received any info about my refund. I was told it was a store credit - however, you have to visit the store and ask for it; they will not tell you when due. OK, lets go shopping. We found some things - but could not use the credit because we had to wait for them to send us a certificate- about two weeks. We waited, got the certificate and returned today to buy 2 pillows; each was $165 - so total of $330. Paid the cash difference at the customer service desk and weas given the order form. I had to walk to the corner of the building give the guy my form. He gave me a number and told me to then drive to the back of the building and wait in customer pickup. After 18 minutes, no pillows -so we drove back to the pickup window and the guys said, not sure why they sent you hear for pillows, this is for large pickups. So, back to the store and asked for a manager - they told me to walk back to customer service to which I responded, I am not walking any more. Have them come to me. Finally, the manager came out and had someone get my pillows. I told them my car was at the other end of the building - and they could take them there. I promise, this is my last visit and purchased from GW. ,

    Thank you I'll do the review and tell them about our experience with the manager Dani that pretended she was going to help resolve your horrible experience with the purchase of your new bed. When she asked me what we wanted for compensation to make the situation to bearable because of what you and Andrea had to endure after buying your new Split King bed with separate adjustable platform with one firm king mattress and Andrea's plush King mattress you order on January 2026 but just finally received a complete bed last week March 2026? It is unacceptable for it to take 3 months to get your Bed when you ordered in January. With all the lack of communication that happened and only Willing to give you $100.00 gift certificate for your inconvenience of 3 months waiting for you bed to be delivered. After driving from Wayne, MI to Auburn Hills MI I was told I would here back within 2 to 3 days. On the forth day I called to follow up ans see if they we going to honor our request for compensation and Manager Dani was at lunch man said he would send her a message and she will call me back when she gets back from lunch? At 5 pm never got return call from Manager Dani. So I called again at 5pm to follow up. And Dani answered my call and said the max compensation the max credit they will give Raymond is $100 for all his inconvenience. Even though his purchase price of his new bed was $2500.00 So the outcome was that the drive meant nothing and his inconvenience meant nothing to them. G W furniture was only interested in getting a sale for $2500.00 Not in getting returning customers and more sales longterm business with who knows how many more customers we would of referred to them but n one now and tell everyone in my daily travels what happened to my nephew after I referred him after my good experience... I order my new King Bed on December 15 2025 got delivered next day December 16, 2025 as promised so I thought it was good to refer you to them. I apologize I was wrong! Margie $1000 and Raymond $2500 so after spending $3500 our inconvenience was only worth a $100 not very customer service orientated ☹️ Sent from my Galaxy
