    I was immediately greeted by Marcus Spencer at the Auburn Hills Gardner White. I let him know I needed a mattress and he proved to be very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for in a mattress and he knew the perfect one for me. I tried out a few others while I was there but ultimately went with the one Marcus had originally suggested. The President’s Day sale was still going on and I couldn’t be happier with the price I paid for the value that I got. I highly recommend seeing Marcus for your mattress/furniture needs at Gardner White!

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a three-piece sectional from Gardner White. From the very beginning, this order has been nothing but frustrating. One piece of the sectional was on backorder longer than promised. Which we were fine with until the other two pieces were delivered, but one of them arrived with a damaged mechanism. A technician had to come out to inspect it, and because the parts would take 16+ weeks to arrive, I was told a replacement would be sent instead. Unfortunately, the replacement that was delivered was also damaged. Before anything further could be done, I was told that yet another technician would need to come out and inspect the second damaged piece — meaning more time taken off work on my end. I have already taken time off multiple times to accommodate deliveries and service appointments. After a lot of back and forth, the piece was finally fixed. During this process, I was promised compensation for all of the trouble, delays, inconvenience, and time I had to take off work. However, despite being assured multiple times that a manager would call me back, I have yet to receive a single callback. It has now been over three weeks of being told I will hear from a manager, and no one has followed through. I remained calm and patient for the first several weeks, understanding that mistakes happen. But the continued lack of communication and failure to honor promised compensation is unacceptable. The sectional itself may be fine now, but the customer service experience has been exhausting and extremely disappointing. At this point, I am simply asking for Gardner White to stand by what was promised and return my calls. I hope this review encourages the company to improve its communication and accountability so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

    The store was huge, clean and very organize. Even the bathroom was spotless. I was greeted immediately, but in a friendly and respectful way. I’m pretty sure it was Janine to greet me. However she had a customer she was waiting for to come back so Ronny took over. I was looking for a bedroom set and sofa. They gave me all the space I needed and I found a sofa. He was very professional, friendly and funny. And he also knew about the maker of the sofa and the quality behind it. Plus my 10-year-old daughter really liked him. I filled out a credit app and got 21 months 0 % interest. I was very happy and satisfied. I will definitely be back.

    I purchased a couch from here and had an awful experience. DO NOT buy the extended warranty it is a scam!! They dont stand behind their product and will not do anything to assist or help you with any issues you experience. They have sent several technicians out for service and every single one of them has falsified their report and stated they have repaired the issue and they never even touched my couch. They state they cover all these things in their exteded warranty but will lie and say they dont cover and will do everything they can to not cover your furniture. All together run from gardner white, the products are very cheaply and poorly made and when you have an issue they do nothing to assist and dont care about the customers they just care about making money and that is all. I would never buy from Gardner White again or recommend anyone to huy anything from here!

    I ordered an 8 piece furniture set online on black Friday. Parts of the set were sent directly to my home in error. I have spoken with my online Web salesman, Joe, multiple times. The parts of the order that were delivered to my home have a terrible chemical smell and the box was about 100 lbs! When I called Joe the first time he was very apologetic, said nothing should have been delivered to us directly. I have very sensitive asthma and told him to cancel the order. He did so but told me more pieces were being delivered to our home! and to wait to return until the final piece came( got it last week!) I am about a dozen phone calls in now and while both of us have been pleasant and patient I am now beginning to lose my mind! On Friday I spoke with Joe, he said it had to be returned to the Auburn Hills location, he transferred me there where the representative said she'd actually have a truck pick it up that afternoon and she'd call to confirm. Nothing. I called and spoke with Joe yesterday and asked him to just speak with the store manager to line it up for us to load this into our vehicle and return it to the store. He said he'd call me back. Nothing. While I've been patient all along I'm now so mad. Should any customer have to go thru this much to cancel and return an order? I can tell you, while I've previously purchased livingroom furniture from them before they are now at the point of losing a customer for life. Signed....still waiting.
