  Visited on a Tuesday night at about 7:30 to look at a specific sofa I saw online. Every employee resolutely ignored me for the 20 minutes or so I was in there searching for the sofa I was on a mission to find. They looked right through me. No one asked me if they could help me find anything despite me looking at every tag on every couch. No one asked me if I had any questions once I found it and was sitting there on it for a good 5-7 minutes. No one said boo to me on my way out the door when I decided I didn't feel like hunting anyone down to spend my money on a boring sofa. It was a comfortable couch, good price, and your website is easy to use but the inexpensive Wayfair one I ultimately purchased fits nicely and had a much better color than yours. It's a shame that you lost business because you still have discriminatory sales tactics in 2025.

  I would just like to see a few words about your company… I dealt with John W on Monday 11/17/2025, and he said we have plenty of stock on both items, why I don’t know if it was wrong or not, but I got in there today and Shannon met me at the door and said that they don’t have the couch and I already had a truck and a trailer there to pick up both pieces and so between her expertise and Mike Schaefer, they put the complete order together and I brought both pieces home without their expertise. I think I would probably still be in a bad mood and add insult to injury. I was also told today Jon should’ve told me yesterday that I could’ve had free home delivery and he never mentioned it so that doesn’t sit very good with me either. Maybe he’s got a lot to learn in the furniture, retail business, but I’m sure he will eventually but I always thought customer service came first. Oh well I have both pieces home now and I’m all set. Thanks again for all your help.!👍🙂

  Went to two other furniture stores but ended up at Gardner white and very happy we did huge selection of quality furniture for any budget. Skylar was also very helpful knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He did a great job showing us their selection and was very helpful. Would highly recommend him if you are tired of shopping online for furniture and would actually like to sit or lay in the stuff you are buying

  Gardner White sold my elderly father a lift chair to help him with his mobility issues. The wand for the chair broke within 6 months. We tried to have it fixed using the warranty we purchased. It turns out that the warranty is a total fraud. We contacted them in good faith and the issue was never resolved. They told us they would fix any problem or replace the chair if we purchased the warranty. After 9 months and so many calls, I can’t get anyone to help. Jasmine and her manager in the warranty flat refuse to call me back. I would not recommend Gardner White again which is too bad because their sales people are wonderful. Proceed with caution when purchasing anything from Gardner White. They don’t stand by their product and the warranty is fraudulent.

  Our salesman was phenomenal. The only reason I am giving less than 5 stars is because of packaging. We were supposed to have 2 pillows with our couch - it even came with built in storage. They decided to Saran Wrap the pillows to the top instead of putting them in the storage. Well, they did an absolutely horrible job Saran wrapping this couch. By the time we were not even 5 minutes down the road, the Saran Wrap was blowing in the wind and no pillows to be found.
