    Purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator on Black Friday. I am on my 3rd Refrigerator. Lowe’s is horrible. They kept telling me to call Frigidaire. Frigidaire said it was Lowe’s. First refrigerator arrived multiple dents. Second one water coming out of water filter housing. Lowe’s said they were sending a repair person. A delivery guy showed up and said we need a new refrigerator. 3rd refrigerator showed up. Customer service says delivery team will provide compensation for 4 days of time off, so far nothing. Never again will I buy here

    I would give zero stars if it was an option. If you are a pro, do not go here.The pro duc is unskilled and the store managers completely unwilling to work with contractors on mistakes that they made.

    I am appalled with the service from this Lowe’s. My husband purchased a toro lawn mower, supposed to be delivered Saturday 8:00-8:00. We took the day off for it to never come. They called and said it was assembled wrong and would be delivered Monday. We said ok no problem but it needs to be after 2:30 because we already took Saturday off of work and your product was bad we’re not taking another day off. They said they’d make a note, if the delivery company reads it cool if not nothing they can do. What they CAN do is hire a proper delivery company that can accommodate customers that Lowe’s is letting down time after time. Ok fine, Monday no mower arrives. Rescheduled to Wednesday… same delivery song and dance nothing can be guaranteed. Which is quite clear at this point unfortunately. Wednesday comes and by no surprise no mower!!!!! Thursday comes there is a mower… it’s extremely dirty footprints all over it and the battery is shot. Not a chance or starting. So we call and cancel for a refund and go to Weingartz who was not surprised at all to see us and said they get people from Lowe’s all the time with this problem! So Lowe’s came and picked up the broken junk mower they delivered (at 12:15, not after 2:30 because why would anybody read a note) Now some time has passed I checked our bank account to see the refund … and it’s short $79 !! for delivery that was supposed to be free! I’m livid and expecting Lowe’s to make this right which is crazy because they’ve messed so many things up at this point how could I even expect a proper refund at this point. Avoid this store.
