  Janel was great to work with and very helpful when choosing the material for our sectional couch. She helped us visualize the size and what the couch would look like in our living room, as well as a side table that we chose. We appreciated her help and expertise very much!

  I recently had a great shopping experience at the Ann Arbor Lazy Boy store with the help of my very knowledgeable and pleasant salesperson, Amanda. It was enjoyable looking for the right chair in this lovely store!

  Buyer BEWARE; DO NOT BUY; they delivered defective item and will not fix. Manger of this store is the rudest most unprofessional person ever! Bait and switch! They do not stand behind their product. NEVER AGAIN! Karma will take care of all that work for them! THEM WILL NEVER STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!

  I was looking for items to furnish our living room after allowing our son to take the couch to school. There was an awesome President’s Day Sale and we were able to get good discounts and financing. Bob and Janel were wonderful (no pressure at all). Janel helped design and gave me ideas about the space. I am excited to have the pieces come in, and I think this may turn out to be my favorite room in the house.
