  We saved up and purchased two great looking sofas for 4K and got the extended warranty. About 6 months ago we had a motor stop working and we are still waiting for parts and have had minimal follow through with the 3 different 3rd party companies who are responsible to help. No one takes accountability or cares about customer service. Do not get the warranty.

  Rudy N. greeted us on our recent visit to the Ann Arbor GW showroom, he pointed us in the direction of what we were shopping for. He gave enough space to allow us to look around but was close by and happily available to answer any questions that came up. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient in guiding us through the sale. He arranged for next day delivery. The guys that delivered our recliners and end table were on time, friendly and professional. Our expectations were more than met by this team.

  I went to the store to find a mattress for our daughter who recently sustained an injury. I worked with two different mattress specialists. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. There were plenty of options without being overwhelming. The sales agents were not afraid to offer their recommendations based on the needs I described without being pushy or too opinionated. The delivery will be made within 2 days, including set up and help with removing the old mattress. It was a terrific experience.

  They don't even deserve one star. I have never EVER been treated do badly before by a sales person in my life like I had on February 7th 2026. The worst part was I decided to try Gardner White again because a few years ago I had a great experience. This time they need to hire honest, kind and professional people in my opinion. I met with Barbra and she was okay and she had asked if she could check my credit and I said fine also letting her know I wasn't interested in a credit card and I was just looking at the moment. She said okay. Turns out I had got approved for a credit card and it was on its way. I went back in and she told me that. She also tried to say I never told her I wasn't interested in a card but I let it go and asked if I could see the couch again I was interested in. I did think it was odd that she had come up with some other salesmen to take over. I felt like she had just brushed us off but when the guy took over and offered all this savings and possible delivery the next day I was eager to purchase the sofas. When it came down to discussing everything and making it happen I knew something wasn't right. His numbers didn't match mine and he was trying to purposefully confuse me and put words in my mouth and knowing I was going through a tough time and not the greatest in math he used that to his advantage. After wasting 2 hours of my time and basically lying to me he told me to go and insulted me. On my way home I also ended up getting a Crack in my windshield. I called and complained but honestly they showed no quick response to make it right. I tell everyone to stay clear away from this location now! They no longer have the honesty and grace they once had. That man should be fired and ashamed to try to take advantage of someone he though was a stupid female. I showed him I was not. I now have no couch and a cracked windshield. 😡😒🙄 STAY AWAY EVERONE!
