We visited the store twice before purchasing and were helped by the same gentleman (William). He was extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy by any means. I felt like he really listened to what exactly we were looking for and made great suggestions. We found what we wanted for upstairs and downstairs in our home. The sectional was delivered the next day. The double recliner set is being custom made (color), so will take a bit longer. Delivery drivers Nick and Colin were great. They texted us when they got everything on the truck in the morning and sent updates throughout the day. We needed to be somewhere by 3pm thay day and they worked hard to finish our delivery and have us out the door in time. We really appreciated that. Super nice guys. Overall, we had a great experience with Gardiner White and will shop there again.

Delivery inside not included unless you sign up for gw credit card sales person says they do a hard pull on all 3 credit bureaus making the hit triple. I have a credit freeze and I would have to take it off all 3 and then endure 3 hard pulls. That’s insane. Again furniture prices are good just understand the price on the furniture is a start only
