Lowes now sells Klein tools which is a huge plus for me. I was never a big fan of the southwire tools. I tend to use Milwaukee products but for those of you that like dewalt they have some pretty good deals

This location has the worst customer service. God forbid you have any questions or concerns. My dishwasher is coming out of place. I literally just need someone to come out and put it back in place, very simple. It has not even been a year since they installed it. They shuffle you around in the queue for hours at a time, on multiple different phone calls. No one knows anything. They just keep moving you around from one line to the next.. I’ve never experienced service like this before. It was very frustrating and very time-consuming. I wish I could do something about it cause no one deserves to be treated this way. Even the manager was no help, what’s the point of managing a store if you can’t even help your customers. Hope it gets better, So no one else has to go through that.

I had a very bad experience with one of the managers, John. He went out of his way to be rude and condescending, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.
Lowe’s policy states that they price match with other verified retailers. I asked for a price match on a Kobalt item that was not a clearance item, but John refused. He said Lowe’s does not price match not even its own brand, even between different Lowe’s locations. That explanation did not make sense to me and did not match my understanding of the policy. No effort was made to help or offer an alternative solution.
Overall, I was disappointed not just with the outcome, but with how the situation was handled. I expect better customer service and more consistent policy enforcement from Lowe's.

This is the worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. At the Pro Services desk, I was met by a woman wearing glasses who behaved aggressively and completely unprofessionally. She refused to speak with me just because my English isn’t perfect. Her coworker eventually processed my purchase, but he did it with such obvious frustration that it felt like I was bothering them by simply being there.
This was disrespectful and humiliating. I work for an American company and came to buy materials for a construction job — instead, I was treated with rudeness and zero respect.
Every other Lowe’s I’ve been to treats people much better and with understanding. But the service here is so terrible that I will NEVER come back. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. Even if another Lowe’s is 20 miles away, I’d rather drive there than deal with this staff again.
