Susan came over and immediately made the situation so much worse by insisting we needed a Lowes credit card and told us repeatedly to Google how to fix our problem. We have zero family support up here so having someone repeatedly try to force a credit card on us and not offer anything constructive made me literally see red. Brad from plumbing we found later when we almost walked out of the store empty handed helped us find what we needed and kindly gave us a plumbers number. But Susan from outside lawn and garden is really making yall look bad and not customer service focused.

Then, at 123pm I get a text saying the delivery is scheduled for the following day, 7am to 7pm. Really!!!? Lowe's is not honest about deliveries! I wanted to pick it up but no washers at the store. Now the new delivery is for 5 days later, the only time I can guarantee I will be home all day. First they get you to buy it, then you are at their mercy. This is not service. Go somewhere else besides Lowe's unless you like being lied to.
