My ex Husband has his own account and put me down as a reference. The girls called me this morning and told me MY account was delinquent asking how I would be taking care of it knowing I have my own account and his is separate. I ended up getting hung up on. Classy ladies. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I call back 4 minutes later no answer. Called back 2-3 times three days in a row no answer. Then they call me a week a later to see if I’m still interested so I say no because it seems shady at this point and asked the woman I spoke with to cancel the order. She said okay she’ll let her boss know. Now I’m receiving emails and calls everyday requesting payments for a mattress I never received and they’re still not answering their store phone when I call….

I refused the mattress and I was told by 4 different Aaron's employees I would receive a full $500 refund. 3 weeks later not a penny. I am going today to file a court case in Lenawee County. What a shame.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
