I asked the nice young man that brought out the items to help be being in the items to return. He didn't hesitate and brought in the items. It was one of the nicest experiences I've had dealing with a big box store!
- BPbob PinkhamApr 13, 20265.0This store you have to play the game. You want the big discounts this is how you get them. Open a pro account I got a 8000 on my account. Go in and talk to the pro counter service manger. Let him know that you have a few large projects and you have other friends with pro cards. Also if you have a house to build they have complete packages including everything you need to build your dream house. No 20 percent is where they start. But if you now how to deal. 30 percent is realistic and on some item 50 percent this is real some of the mark ups are nuts. I know my sister done it I have done it. And telling everyone I know how to do it.

Both appointments were confirmed, yet no one arrived and there was no communication ahead of time. I had been coordinating directly with someone named Brenda, and after the second missed appointment I reached out and was told it “wasn’t their fault,” which was extremely frustrating to hear. What makes this even more disappointing is that I took time off from work on both days specifically to be home for these appointments. Having a company repeatedly miss scheduled in-home estimates with no notice or accountability is a complete waste of a customer’s time. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ schedules. I would strongly recommend improving communication, reliability, and customer service so others don’t have the same experience.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
