When I installed a new internet network I needed to have my home security cameras placed on the new network. After two unsuccessful visits to my home by the Seacoast tech, I was charged $800. On the third visit and a different tech the job was completed to my satisfaction and the charge was reduced to $500 . Sure hope my home security cameras hold up from this point on.
- TBTammy BSep 18, 20231.0Just try and get service! I have been waiting for more 4 weeks for an appointment for service and the tech doesn't show up nor does anyone call. I call, wait on terminal hold till I speak to customer service, I hold and am told that I need to wait another 8 days for someone to come out. Any bets on if they they really show up? But don't worry - they always take their monthly fees right on time.
