Instead of a new construction window, I received a replacement window TWICE. Management does nothing. Window department does nothing. My frustration with this company and this store is off the charts! They do not care! So I get a note on this review to contact their customer service. Ha. Joke. I did this after last review and they said we can’t believe this happened. We will contact their customer service store managers. Lot of good that did. I wish I had $1 for every minute I have spent trying to get this window. What a horrible experience.

I rolled up at 3:58 worried but they were waiting for me. Got me unloaded in no time. Best Lowe’s experience. They came in at the beginning of October and 7 of the 9 windows were for replacement, not new construction. It took several more weeks, 5 came in correct, one was broken and the double window was STILL a replacement window. We got the broken one replaced at the end of Nov. Now the other supposed to come in January 2026. TOTALLY UNACCEPLTABLE.

The gentleman working outside at the kiosk in the blustery weather was so friendly, despite the cold temperatures! He noticed the tree was a bit flattened out and offered to give me a discount, which I said was not necessary, but he did anyways and it was such a welcome surprise. I feel terrible that I did not take down his name, but it was around 12:45 PM on 11/30. I hope this message is shared with him. You made my day!
