    Continuing my window saga, I was supposed to receive my special order window yesterday, Jan 1. I ordered this window July 11, 2025! Instead of a new construction window, I received a replacement window TWICE. Management does nothing. Window department does nothing. My frustration with this company and this store is off the charts! They do not care! So I get a note on this review to contact their customer service. Ha. Joke. I did this after last review and they said we can’t believe this happened. We will contact their customer service store managers. Lot of good that did. I wish I had $1 for every minute I have spent trying to get this window. What a horrible experience.

    Great experience delivering here yesterday. The roads were bad so I called ahead to say I’m going to really be pushing the 4pm receiving deadline. The guys were great. I rolled up at 3:58 worried but they were waiting for me. Got me unloaded in no time. Best Lowe’s experience. I don’t remember the store number but arrived at 3:50 at another Lowe’s and they refused me. Give these guys a raise

    Do NOT special order anything in doors/windows from this store. We ordered 9 windows for a new construction home on July 11, 2025. They came in at the beginning of October and 7 of the 9 windows were for replacement, not new construction. It took several more weeks, 5 came in correct, one was broken and the double window was STILL a replacement window. We got the broken one replaced at the end of Nov. Now the other supposed to come in January 2026. TOTALLY UNACCEPLTABLE.

    I was just in two days ago (11/30) to find a small Christmas tree for my living room. The gentleman working outside at the kiosk in the blustery weather was so friendly, despite the cold temperatures! He noticed the tree was a bit flattened out and offered to give me a discount, which I said was not necessary, but he did anyways and it was such a welcome surprise. I feel terrible that I did not take down his name, but it was around 12:45 PM on 11/30. I hope this message is shared with him. You made my day!
