But she. has worked with me every step of the way with great communication, reminding me when extra fees will kick in, helping me out because I can’t use technology very well, and just generally making sure I don’t lose half my life belongings. Not to mention she is an absolute DELIGHT to see in the office or over the phone. Customer Service is not dead!!!! Stephanie - you are A M A Z I N G.

Look no further, you won’t find a nicer, cleaner space or friendlier staff anywhere. I found myself in a real jam this past weekend, forgot my keys and needed help to access my unit. I made a phone call, my only option & the issue was resolved in less than 10 mins. I didn’t miss a beat, awesome customer service.
