- GGGOct 22, 20251.0Deceptive pricing. (10/2025) My rate increased more than double to $153. The current price for my same size unit lists at $74. I called and was told that they advertise lower rates for new customers, but "routinely review rates" and would increase that "introductory" rate too. Classic deceptive pricing. There is no ethical reason to charge more than double to loyal customers and give short term and new customers the "attractive" rate. This is pricing fraud. If they would "review" their introductory rates, there would be no issue, but they benefit from luring customers with a low price, and goose their profits when someone is already moved in and switching to a fair rate elsewhere is difficult. Predatory and unethical. I'm moving out ASAP. There are better locations with fair trade practices. *Look forward to a response from the owner with corporate speak trying to justify deceptive pricing. It's unfair and deceptive - end of story.*
