  This is my first hot tub ever owned and that was an add on. I am 70 and needed the swim spa for my health. So when I say I knew nothing on how to operate, I mean it. Mainely tubs sent us Diego for our white glove service. He was excellent.!! He took his time, performed everything step by step and allowed me to video. At my age I would forget the next day. I cannot express enough how important it is to have the final wrap up done by such a kind, experienced person. Thank you so much!!! I am also confident that he would help me anytime which allows me to be worry free ;)

  I had been looking for a hot tub for a long time. I finally decided on the Hot Springs Aria. It is a beautiful hot tub and was delivered 2 days ago on 4/20/26. I had a first rate experience with the purchasing process. I want to especially thank Skip from the Bedford NH store for his attention and care in helping me find the perfect hot tub. He was very patient and kind. I felt very well treated and he didn't try to rush or pressure me into buying. He answered all my questions and sent me videos and instructions on how to fire up and care for the tub. I would highly recommend Mainley Tubs if you want a high quality product, professional assistance and a great experience.

  We had an issue with our hottub, we contacted Mainely Tubs and they were at our house the next day, identified the issue has the heater, checked to see if it was under warranty and it was, it was replaced on the spot. The technician was excellent!

  Review for Mainely Tubs I’ve owned my Finnleo Dry Sauna for four and a half years, and it has been a staple of my daily routine. This past November, the unit stopped working. Diagnosing the issue was not straightforward and required multiple service visits. I was consistently impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the service team throughout the process. It was clear that the technical failure was frustrating to solve, and the team replaced several components while working toward a fix. When the initial repairs didn’t yield the results they wanted, Mainely Tubs went above and beyond. They replaced the entire heating unit, upgraded the control panel, and even improved the lighting. What stood out most was the communication. Every time I called, I was met with a friendly conversation, and a technician was on-site within a few days. The level of effort they put into finding a solution—after more than four years of continuous use—is rare. I am confident this sauna will last for many more years, but when the time comes for a replacement, I will be returning to Mainely Tubs. Their commitment to standing behind their products is very much appreciated. Steve

  The service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff and people I dealt with directly was absolutely amazing. All were easy to deal with and very helpful. Even the field delivery teams were great, and had to travel quite a distance. I would strongly suggest (and have to many of my friends) that if you are thinking of buying a hot tub, you need to visit Mainely Tubs - you won't regret it!
