  We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy in Scarborough/South Portland. Gail was very helpful. She met us when we came in showed us where to look for what I wanted and then left us plenty of time to browse. She was always available to answer questions.

  Jon was extremely knowledgeable about the two different types of recliners we were looking for. After we picked out a few Jon gave us time to just try them all out and make our decision on which two we wanted. He was very patient, thoughtful and helpful. We arranged the delivery and will have them in our home in a couple of days. Thank you Jon!

  Purchasing my La-Z-Boy chair was an easy and completely stress-free experience from start to finish. I really appreciated how simple everything was. The delivery team was excellent—professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything with care and made sure the setup was perfect before they left.   Needed to replace a recliner and add another. The lady that helped me was outstanding. I was in and out in 30 minutes and have two recliners that were in stock and family loves them.

  I am only giving a 4 star review because I have only purchased our furniture, and it hasn't yet been delivered. That being said, Gayle L, the Sale Associate, who helped me with selecting colors and patterns, gets 5 stars. I took my time deciding what I wanted, I went to LazBoy twice, in between visiting other furniture Gallery's. I brought my Sister in law with me the 2nd time, and we had so much fun, exploring the store and sitting on the furniture. There was never any pressure, from any of the Sale Associates, which I truly appreciated. When I madde my selection, Gayle L. was a fountain of knowledge and took her time, sharing her expertise with me. I am so excited for my new furniture to arrive and enjoy with our families and friends. I highly recommend LazBoy to anyone who wants exceptional quality furniture and care free shopping.
