- TGTom GNov 13, 20231.0The kiosk experience was easy and efficient. Unfortunately none of the keys worked when I got home and tried them in the locks. The only recourse seems to be to email the company for help, which they do not respond to at all. I now have 6 keys that do nothing.

Got home, and none of the copies worked on any of my doors. If the can't properly copy one of the most common key/lock brands, then there's a serious problem. They did refund my purchase price with no questions asked, though.
