    I needed copies of my house key - a standard Schlage key. Paid for 2 copies and received one "free" at a kiosk in my local Lowe's store. Got home, and none of the copies worked on any of my doors. If the can't properly copy one of the most common key/lock brands, then there's a serious problem. They did refund my purchase price with no questions asked, though.

    Making a key copy was surprisingly easy. Made 2 keys, both worked but one was a little off so it works hard in the door. But I didn't have to interact with a human to get a key copy, so...bonua!!

    I made three keys and only one out of the three worked. I’m frustrated because I splurged for the Darth Vader key and it did not work in the lock.
