  We have had out hot tub from Mainely Tubs for about 6 years. About 2 months ago our tub started loosing water to the rate of 5-6 inches per week. The service department responded right away. We worked with Owen and Dave who found a fairly extensive problem. Over a period of 4 weeks Owen and Dave came back again and again, always on time, always nice and respectful, fixing the leak. They would stop by and check on things even when it was not a scheduled appointment until the issue was completely resolved. I can not mention enough how impressed we are with the professionalism and care Owen and Dave exhibited with us during this interaction. Respectfully, Nondas Iacovou

  I’ve been a customer of Mainely Tubs service for over 2 years. During this time I have progressively given more business to the service team and they now service over a dozen tubs for me and across my portfolio. The service by Owen and Prescott is always top notch, communication exceeds expectations and the tubs remain clean. In addition to the great service, I only use Mainely Tubs for purchases. I have worked with other hot tub companies (sales and service) who have let me downs The entire team at Mainely Tubs is great.

  I have had several service issues with my tub that I purchased about 3/4 years ago costing 1000s of dollars. My latest issue was a broken or faulty motor. The service advisor, Owen, has been fantastic. He arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly and was very, very professional. He even follows up after a visit to ensure that I am happy with his services. He is great and a true asset to whatever firm he serves. If you have an issue with your tub, be certain to ask for him. My 5 star review is for the service advisor Owen, not the total firm or the product I purchased.

  I recently had to have a repair on the hot tub. The cost estimate was very high, so initially, ordered the part, to install it myself. However, I was sent the wrong part, I asked that the right part be ordered, only to find out that the part had not been ordered at all. Finally, on th ethird attempt, they sent the correct part, all of which took over a month. Since I was not confident that it was still the right part, I schedueld a repair, which took another month. I sent photos to make sure the repair technician arrived with the correct part, I got no confirmation, only to find out he did not get the photos. Luckily, they had sent the correct part, so I had it on hand. That said, the repair technician, Hector, was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and on time, he fixed the issue in about five minutes. If this review were on the actual service technician and the satification with the service it would be five stars. However, given the overall experience and the time it took, I think three stars is a fari and accurate assessment.

  I have called repeatedly regarding the order for our cover that was purchased in July. I was told several weeks ago after calling that the cover had arrived in the showroom and that the "scheduler" would call me back . That was over two weeks ago. I have since called three more times. On Wednesday, Renee said she would call me back in an hour after she looked into the situation. I never received a call. Just now I called again and was on hold for service for over 20 minutes with no one picking up. This lack of follow up and customer service is appalling for a local business for which we spend a very large amount of money in purchasing a hot tub. We will absolutely dissuade others from purchasing from Mainely Tubs.
