They are horrible. you buy and pay, They do not care about you. Have been waiting 3 weeks for service. They want me to put a space heater out side for My hot tub. Ok. Are they going to pay my Electic bill? Associate hung up on me cause I told her wanted her manager. Received a call at 3 o’clock telling me that the service tech called out sick at 3 o’clock in the afternoon while I waited all day long for somebody to come. 3 weeks and counting. Do not buy anything from them!!! You will be sorry

We had a great experience at Mainely Tubs. Michelle, our salesperson listened to what we wanted and help us pick out our very first spa. The setup went smoothly and they came back to the house to explain how to take care and maintain our spa. The tech, Hector, took his time and told us if we ever needed anything to reach out. I would a 100% purchase another spa at Mainely Tubs. We love our new spa.

Diego and Brett came by today, right before the holidays, and resolved our issue with no hesitation. Knowledgeable and professional, Diego explained the trouble and made quick work of the repair, putting our minds at ease before leaving for the holiday. I’m thrilled to have a reliable place to come and service our hot tub. I really love that the company is employee owned because they have a vested interest in my satisfaction, and it shows! Many thanks for today. Nancy and Dave, Windham.

My service coordinator, Shane Flaherty, was incredibly responsive to my needs. He was both proactive and highly responsive even on a late Friday afternoon when one dreads having to call for service support from most companies. In short order I had total confidence that Shane was an advocate for me as well as my connection to Mainly Tubs. I would not hesitate to recommend Mainly to others based on my first experience. Nicely done and Thanks!

Buyer beware… Sadly, I will never be able to refer or use Mainly Tubs in the future and feel I need to let others know about my experience before purchasing one of their spas. My family decided to finance a spa during a promotional deal after moving into our new home. Prior to this we resided in Windham and our house came with a hot tub, not purchased through mainely tubs. We enjoyed our little spa so much we thought we would treat ourselves in our new home and ever since it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Our spa was installed in November 2021 and they said there was a small chip in the front panel, which is where this all began. After a year without the front panel repaired (this put us into the end of 2022, beginning of 2023), which I was completely fine with they sent out a “technician” to replace the panel. About 6 months after the panel was replaced, the tub started having “electrical lighting” issues. I am handy and decided to check inside the front panel to see if a cord had come loose. When I went to open the front panel I realized it wasn’t screwed on properly (and by that I mean not screwed in at all on one side) by the “technician”, leaving a large gap in the front for mice to get into. The panel literally just came off in my hand. The “tech” had used the stairs in the front to hold it in place. I called the mainely tubs repair line and they sent out another “technician”. I believe this was in the fall of 2023. The technician said it was too late in the season to make the repair and we should wait until the spring. Ok. They also said the lights never had a warranty but it would be about 500$ to fix. I was never given an official quote or any additional information from the office. That tech did say that the person who improperly installed my front panel no longer worked for them. He said they would need to tip the tub and repair the lights. They would need a few people to do this. Ok great. I called back in the spring and they said they were busy and that I should wait until later in the season. They also said that rodent damage isn’t covered by the warranty. I explained I had no issues with animals in my tub until their “tech” left the front cover off. They said ok we can see what we can do. This waiting game went on until this year, 2025. I asked again for someone to come out. They said they had to wait for two repair techs to be available to fix the spa, pushing my date out two months. Ok. When the day came, two months later, (because they needed two techs, right?) not shockingly, they sent one tech who told me that my tub is basically not fixable for less than 2,000-3,000$, they would need to remove the tub and bring it to the shop for a repair, AND that the warranty expired on the lights in 2023. This was the first any technician told me anything like this after going back and forth for years about this issue. I told them I have been trying to get this repaired for over two years, starting in 2023. I was initially told there were no warranty on the lights. By this point I have been told multiple things by multiple people, no consistency, except they clearly didn’t want to fix my hot tub (which I am still paying for through their financing program.) I told the tech this felt like a scam. He asked if I wanted a quote and to talk to a manager. I said that would be great. That was over two weeks ago. No quote, no contact. No anything. For my family this was an extravagant purchase. I made sure to take care of my spa, diligently check the levels and clean the filters. My experience with Mainly Tub has been awful and leads me to believe this is their business practice… wait out a warranty and then tell people they can’t fix their tub. They used to be *almost* the only game in town, customers had little option for choice when it came to purchasing a spa. I think they preyed on this. I know there are new dealers around and I would highly recommend checking them out before making this pricey decision.
