    The people this store contract to do installations are lazy beyond belief and you’ll never get a firm installation date with them. Please for the love of god fire them and get new people (pay more money to keep your customers happy)

    Never again! We bought a dishwasher there and it was defective. We reached out multiple times to reorder a new one... spoke to several people who never returned phone calls... Asked for help to have the defective one removed and get reimbursed and again to no avail. Horrible experience!

    I Bought a Stackable Washer and dryer. The person helping me was happy to take my money and told me it needed a part to attach the dryer on top. I said to add it on as I will need everything and I paid up and scheduled a delivery. I needed my delivery to be in the afternoon and told him so, he said they would call me with the delivery window. I wrongly assumed he had put in a note about the delivery time. Yesterday I received the text and my delivery window was 930AM to 130PM. I made last minute arrangements to miss work. Today they show up to deliver and do not have the mounting brackets so will not stack the dryer (this is the only way it will fit). The driver said this happens almost every time. I didn't accept the items and went to the store. The customer service girl said she couldn't help me and sent me to appliances. I get there and the guy working there was talking to his friend and ignored me. After I flagged down this poor girl with a trainee sticker walking by and she tried to help, the guy working(talking) a few feet away finally came over. At this point i don't want the washer and dryer anymore. He didn't really help me other than basically saying I have to call the delivery company for refund. 0/0 experience would not recommend.

    Normally a 4 or 5 but: 1. They have reduced and moved back their Veterans parking. 2. Why is everything in English and Spanish when French is the second language in Maine? 3. We spent nearly a half hour there recently waiting to go down two isles that were blocked off and no one was using a fork lift or doing anything in those isles. Did not make a purchase; Home Depot was close by and the isles were not blocked off for nothing.

    Every time I go here, I ask for help from an associate to confirm some sort of sales del they have, and then get to the counter and the associate says I don't have the right items. Then questions me on if I've taken a photo of the shelving of where I have it, etc because they don't have any employees that answer the radio when they ask. First it was a drill set deal they had, and yesterday it was a tote. Not to mention, the person in self checkout is literally hovering over you, as if they're your family apart of the checkout process. If that's going to be the case, why have self checkout at all? Get your prices right, or atleast enough employees to be able to confirm the sales you have going on within the store.
