Some people go above and beyond at their jobs Ben, Evan and Josh are some of those people at the Scarborough Lowes. Always helping while being personalable at the same time. If you want to "run' on a project they will show you how to get there like a pro or if you're like me and need it explained without a construction background then they will walk you through step by step without trying to have you purchase things you may not need.
Truly grateful for these guys and the help they've provided to me and my partner. They also made what could be stressful enjoyable!

Never again. It's always the "this will never happen to me", until it does. I have had bad experiences before, but never have I been blatantly yelled at by someone who worked for Lowe's. Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves for hiring someone that obviously feels it is their right to express hate towards another individual.
You apparently have a department supervisor that oversees your appliances and millwork departments by the name of Justin. Because of this child I will never shop this location again. This goes to show you that all you have to do is treat customers with disrespect and Lowe's will promote you.
I called there only a couple weeks ago and needless to say I will never be back to shop this location.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
