  We've now bought a couple of appliances here, and the sales experience was overall very positive. However, I'm always more interested in how a business handles service after the sale, and I can say that Kelsey's has been quite simply amazing. In a recent power outage, our stove's main control board fried. I used a couple of online appliance repair parts places to no avail as the original board had been discontinued. One place sold me the wrong part, and another, including the brand's official parts channel, said what I needed was beyond their level of expertise. Tony at Kelsey's service department worked with me to locate the updated board, and also solve why the new part wasn't compatible with a couple other electronic components. After several conversations with the manufacturer he was able to confirm that they had switched over the control system for their stoves, and procured the parts. He didn't charge me for them until we were positive they solved the problem. While I certainly paid a little more than I might have online, the expertise, time, and service was WELL worth it. I know where I'll be going for all of my appliance needs!

  Excellent service on repair of speed queen washer. The technicians were very nice and did the repair on time and efficiently.

  I’ve purchased 7 appliances from Kelsey’s since our move here last September. In one instance my Fridge conked out and they delivered and installed a new one, exactly what I wanted within an hour of my call to them! I told my Adam (sales) that he must have broken a record on that one! Anyway,, it’s hard to find reliable delivery people and fair prices and friendly, helpful sales staff. Got it all going on there!

  They could not have been more helpful and able to think outside the box on my various kitchen issues. Plus Michael showed me items I did not even know existed, and I had done lots of research beforehand. So impressed!
