Noticed damage and called was told by the service desk bring it in and we could swap it out. Returned the same day and a manager said we couldn't swap it out without repurchase because it was bought through a buy now pay later. I explained that the company told us to bring in and swap but the manager didn't care and told us to deal with it.

It was supposed to be delivered today the 10th and again it didn’t happen. Our only solution at this point is to cancel the order. I will not be recommending Lowe’s in the future.

Faith and others at Lowe's in Presque isle confirmed carpet was at the store. Lowe's flooring company - Anna from East Coast Flooring confirmed same and they said they couldn't even give me an install date for ANOTHER 30 DAYS! So I asked for my money back. We're now entering the 3rd week of January and not only have not gotten refunded BUT GET THIS- they now say the carpet hasn't arrived yet!!!! NOT ONE PERSON AT THIS STORE IS GETTING ME REFUNDED annnnnnd they even said, drive over an hour up to the store to SEE IF I CAN FIND THE CARPET!!! $391 still in their pocket and no carpet after almost 3 friggin months!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
