I call again get transferred around for 4 hours. Spoke to a store manager named Craig who lied a stated they would leave it in my garage and that never happened either. Customer Service is a Huge Joke. They don’t care about customers at all. Don’t ever recommend having anyone do delivery service from here

Faith and others at Lowe's in Presque isle confirmed carpet was at the store. Lowe's flooring company - Anna from East Coast Flooring confirmed same and they said they couldn't even give me an install date for ANOTHER 30 DAYS! So I asked for my money back. We're now entering the 3rd week of January and not only have not gotten refunded BUT GET THIS- they now say the carpet hasn't arrived yet!!!! NOT ONE PERSON AT THIS STORE IS GETTING ME REFUNDED annnnnnd they even said, drive over an hour up to the store to SEE IF I CAN FIND THE CARPET!!! $391 still in their pocket and no carpet after almost 3 friggin months!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
