2 hours on hold, no answers, no value for a customer who’s spent THOUSANDS at their store. Lowe’s in presque isle continues to show what the customer means to them. NOTHING once you’ve paid and walked out. Do not recommend this location after years of dealing with them.

My husband went into your store today (11-13 2025) to purchase a new outside door...he found one ,but with him being disabled , he asked a person there for some help to get it for him...they replied that they would find someone to assist him...he waited and waited and waited for almost an hour and NOBODY showed up...he was very discouraged and the least to say MAD...he had found a doorknob and things he needed also...he left it on his cart and walked out...saying he will never return there again...I seriously believe your employees should be more eager and willing to help with purchases and disabled persons that ask for help.Thank you for listening...
