He was prompt and efficient in responding to the issue. I was surprised and very pleased that no part of the tree had to be removed from the property. He and his machine ground the entire tree, limbs, branches and stump to a fine grade, and it got mulched into the ground. There was nothing to take away. When the grass came with spring, the area where the tree had been also renewed itself with grass.
