The staff is responsive and punctual, and the delivery guys/technicians are knowledgeable and personable. I do wish they would wrap the appliances when they deliver them because I'm bracing myself for some damage at some point (and we did get a scrape on our newly finished hardwood floor), but we also understand that these things happen when appliances are moved. We will continue to buy our appliances from Walls TV.
