- CMCynthia E. Lister MurphyDec 20, 20171.0I went to the Lewiston, Maine Aarons and rented a apartment size GE washer and dryer on December 5th. 2017. We told them it couldn't be delivered until the 18th of December. It was a Pre-leased set. They delivered it and didn't even have the fixtures to use it on the faucet like it's suppose to have even though they had 13 days to get the right fixtures, not only that but the delivery guys screwed the dryer down on the wrack so that it was 2.5 inches off the wrack on one side and the wrack almost fell over. I ended up having to unscrew it and put it on right myself. So I had to call the store and tell them they never left us the sink adapter or faucet coupler. A guy comes back with the fixtures and supposedly fixes it and even had the nerve to ask us if he could use our bathroom. Really? Very Professional. So next day the 19th. and I try to wash my first load and the whole load of water drained out onto the floor. I called and they wanted us to wait until the next day to come fix it even though I now have a whole load of soaked laundry in the washing machine that hasn't been spun out. So I told them to come pick it up and I want a refund. He tells me they don't give refunds, which I know is false, and he was being rude and disrespectful the whole time I'm on the phone with him. So I called corporate. They show up today December 20th and come to get the washer and dryer, the incompetent delivery men take the washing machine and not the dryer or wrack, so had to call again for them to return to pick those items up. The Regional Manager Eric calls and tells me they're refunding our payment onto our debit card should see it in 5 days. Eric needs to do some firing and rehiring people who know what they're doing.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
