  Of all the people we have worked with to build a new home with a pool, landscaping, and fencing, Patty and Peter from Northern Pool/Spa were the best to work with. Throughout the process, their efficient, professional, quality customer service made it an enjoyable experience. If only the whole world worked the same way!

  Northern Pool did an incredible job help design and construct the the pool for us back in 2019 and each year their service has been great. This year I had an issue with my salt levels, and they walked me through fixed the setting over the phone, as opposed to trying to sell me an expensive salt-cell. These guys are solid!

  We had a challenging footprint to work with and the design and construction crew knocked it out of the park. The project completed very close to the estimated timeline working with some challenging rainfall during the early stages. They have come back to help open and close the pool and help with all needs along the way. Very responsive and professional.

  Northern Pool installed our pool in 2018. And ever since, whenever we have a question (neither my husband or I are very mechanical) they are super responsive. Both their customer service and field techs are great and never make us feel dumb for not remembering how to operate our remote panel each spring.
