This is the second time I've experienced horrible customer service at this Lowe's, so now I'm posting. This time, I ordered curbside pickup of two bags of ice melt *because I'm six weeks post joint replacement surgery and needed curbside pickup.* I arrive, and there's no option for someone to bring it out! So, I grab my cane and walk into the holding area of my order. I pressed the button for help and waited. And waited. Thankfully there was a cart nearby, so I grabbed that once I realized no one was coming anytime soon. But then I limped in to get my order, and there was a freaking door sitting in front of it. Finally a guy arrived, and he moved the door and put the bags in my cart. Cool. But he doesn't ask if I need help out to the car! Just goes back to whatever. So, I limp out to my car, put the bags in the car one-handed and in no way safe for my recovery -- and that is my last trip to Brunswick Lowe's. I hate it because I know they're a decent company, so I'd rather give them my money than many others, but that's it. Done. Thankfully we still have some small shops around here that I can support instead.

I get most of what I need at Lowe's but most people there cannot help you They don't know where things are it's not like it used to be where people knew what you were talking about and could actually help you as a woman I could go in there and know that there would be someone to help me Now nothing... The website was absolutely awful. There is zero customer service, nothing. I added a washer dryer combination to my cart and it putva generator in the cart, Hello. When I used their customer service option, ya, no one answered. Lowe's is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever seen. This isn't the first time I've experienced inferior customer service at Lowe's in Brunswick Maine. I purchased all my bathroom remodeling supplies at Lowe's. The sink was completely broken, it was actually in 4 pieces. Yes, they exchanged it, but after a 45 minute drive each way. I had to returned two boxes of tile that were defective, yes another trip back to the store. The medicine cabinet I purchased had rust on the hinges, yet another trip back to Brunswick. If you do business with them open every single thing your purchase. Be sure to verify its integrity before you even leave the premises. I must have lost my mind to believe that they would have improved their product quality or customer service. I worked in the retail arena for many years. As a district manager for over 20 years, I would not have allowed incompetence such as this.
