Apparently, there is no customer service training provided to managers at this store. I've never been asked to leave a store in my life. It was extremely humiliating.

This time, I ordered curbside pickup of two bags of ice melt *because I'm six weeks post joint replacement surgery and needed curbside pickup.* I arrive, and there's no option for someone to bring it out! So, I grab my cane and walk into the holding area of my order. I pressed the button for help and waited. And waited. Thankfully there was a cart nearby, so I grabbed that once I realized no one was coming anytime soon. But then I limped in to get my order, and there was a freaking door sitting in front of it. Finally a guy arrived, and he moved the door and put the bags in my cart. Cool. But he doesn't ask if I need help out to the car! Just goes back to whatever. So, I limp out to my car, put the bags in the car one-handed and in no way safe for my recovery -- and that is my last trip to Brunswick Lowe's. I hate it because I know they're a decent company, so I'd rather give them my money than many others, but that's it. Done. Thankfully we still have some small shops around here that I can support instead.
