    I recently purchased an item from the Brewer Lowes on line. I received help from Mike who was a manager. He was very nice and helped me check out. I appreciated the help and now know how the items are stored and how you can receive them. Thank you Mike.

    Everyone was super enthusiastic, and nice. Here is my first try at making a magic mirror using mirrored window tint, and a TV. needs work, but Ill get it. allow me to stress that the enthusiasm is really appreciated. I'm constantly doing projects that sound like something no one has ever heard of, and I constantly hear repute. Ill refute your trepidation with prestidigitation. Not having to explain is really nice though.

    The fullfillment employee was too lazy to be bothered to fill my order. It was put in around 440, three hours later I got an email saying it was cancelled. I went to the store and one red vest lady told me my bank had flagged it as fraud. I called bangor savings and they said this was not the case. Then when I went back to the desk a second time I was told it was their "system". I asked why the other woman told me different and was literally told she had just went home for the day. It was 830 in the morning, the store had been open for two hours. I called corporate to ask about their "system" flagging it. They said it was the brewer lowes store that had cancelled the order. In the end Its pretty obvious some lazy fullfillment employee used a "code 99" on the order to get it cancelled so they didn't have to do their job. The most infuriating thing is that the red vests at customer service straight up lied to cover it. Or are inept in their job l. But so now I'll go spend $2200 at depot. And in the meantime I've gotta wait for the $2200 lowes Already charged me to get refunded (which is 3-10 business days). It would have been nice for them to cancel the order sooner. So that I could have went to home depot and purchased the material that evening, since I needed it that evening, to have ready for a job the next morning. They are not contractor friendly and don't understand that when you're working for yourself and you have to get materials in the evening , reliability is important

    This Lowes has such excellent customer service. From the minute we walked in we were greeted and helped. Brandon, Eloise and Shawn were all great!!
