I was at the automated key- making machine about to make a copy, when an associate ( Will? I think?) came over and offered to make them for me . Honestly, personal service is so rare these days, especially in the larger big- box stores; I was so pleasantly surprised. Then when I went to check out another associate came right over and helped me with the self- checkout ( wish I had gotten her name, sorry) With so much automated and self-serve these days it was truly refreshing to have such personal, excellent service. Thank you.
