I loved being able to call her with questions and be able to talk to a real, kind, informative human. She’s a gem, and Extra Space is so lucky to have her. Thank you Tammy!! The only reason we ended our lease is because our rate was doubled after the prepaid period, but Tammy was also great at helping us navigate this and assess our options.
