- ANAbby NeffOct 9, 20251.0Life happened and ended up deciding up choosing to return my items so I could feed my kids. I set up appointment for return, they ended up rescheduling on the day of pick up. They rescheduled to after another payment would come out automatically. I called to say this isn’t fair. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, forgot about me, oh because a potential new customer came in and catching new fish is 1st priority. I called back when I realized I was being ignored to get yelled over phone at by Jeremy (I hope they record calls for quality assurance to hear him literally yell over a customer trying to plead). All in all, I will probably be at the food pantry when they are finally available to pick up. Stay away from these nasty predators.
- SCSeeking CreativeFeb 10, 20205.0My Dryer died this morning, at the worst possible moment, and my washer had not been working properly for quite some time. I needed a new washer & dryer urgently! Called up Aaron's in Biddeford first thing and talk to a Mr. Mike Saunders; I explained-if at all possible-I needed new washer/dryer TODAY. I also requested they take my old busted units out of my home and dispose of them for me AND please could they just bring the leasing paperwork w/them for me to complete in my home per my convenience (I KNOW, I was asking for A LOT)! Here's the BEST PART; Mike made it all happen & within 3 hours, now THAT is customer service, actually its more "going above & beyond." THANK YOU Mike, you're my Hero! I appreciate you & Aaron's for being here for me in my time of need. I would also like to thank the two drivers who delivered the units. They were kind, courteous & successfully moved my old washer/dryer units out and brought in & carefully installed my beautiful new washer & dryer. Again Sirs, I'm so very GRATEFUL!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
